- Exam will be scheduled within 24 hours of receipt
- Appointment will be made within 2 to 3 weeks
- Reminder call will be made to claimant before the exam to reduce no-shows
- Appointment letters sent to all appropriate parties
- Reports reviewed in accordance with all applicable laws and guidelines
Reports distributed to all interested parties same day, same manner in accordance with Rules and Regulations of New York IME Legislation.
