Our Service Commitment
- Arrange appointment with appropriate consultant
- Exam will be scheduled within 24 hours of receipt
- Appointment will be made within 2 to 3 weeks
- Reminder call will be made to claimant before the exam to reduce no-shows
- Appointment letters sent to all appropriate parties
- Reports reviewed in accordance with all applicable laws and guidelines
- Reports distributed to all interested parties same day, same manner in accordance with Rules and Regulations of New York IME Legislation.
